These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Unibrow Studio (a brand of Rough Cut Productions Pvt. Ltd., registered in India, with offices in Goa and Imphal, Manipur) and any individual, organisation, or business ("Client") that engages us for services. By engaging Unibrow Studio, you agree to these terms in full.

SERVICES & SCOPE OF WORK
Unibrow Studio provides creative production services including but not limited to brand films, social media campaigns, design and illustration, motion graphics, and original content production.
The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate Creative Proposal or Service Agreement provided to each client. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with that agreement.
Any work beyond the agreed scope will require a revised proposal and may incur additional charges. We will always communicate this clearly before proceeding.

PAYMENTS & INVOICING
All projects require a 50% advance payment before any work commences. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final assets unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a different currency is agreed upon in writing. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
Late payments beyond 14 days may attract an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Unibrow Studio reserves the right to pause work on any project where payment is overdue.
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will receive ownership of the final agreed deliverables. All raw footage, working files, source files, and project archives remain the property of Unibrow Studio unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Unibrow Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that any content, assets, logos, music, or third-party materials provided to Unibrow Studio are cleared for commercial use. We accept no liability for intellectual property infringements arising from Client-provided materials.

REVISIONS & APPROVALS
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Revisions beyond this limit will be quoted and billed separately.
The Client is expected to provide consolidated, clear feedback at each revision stage. Feedback from multiple stakeholders should be compiled before submission to avoid conflicting revisions that extend timelines unnecessarily.
Once a deliverable is approved by the Client in writing (including email or messaging confirmation), it is considered final. Changes requested after approval will be treated as a new scope of work.

TIMELINES & DELAYS
Unibrow Studio commits to agreed timelines and will communicate proactively if any delay arises on our end. We expect the same from our clients.
Delays caused by the Client — including late provision of materials, slow approvals, or extended communication gaps — may result in revised delivery dates and/or additional charges. Projects placed on hold for more than 30 days due to client inaction may be subject to a restart fee.
Unibrow Studio is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or technical failures by third-party service providers.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If a Client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced based on the proportion of the project completed.
If Unibrow Studio is unable to complete a project due to circumstances on our end, a full or partial refund will be provided based on the work completed at the point of termination.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of a project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, pricing, internal communications, and unreleased creative work.
If a Client requires a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), this must be requested and signed before the project briefing commences.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unibrow Studio's total liability to a Client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage arising from the use of our deliverables.
Unibrow Studio makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, audience reach, engagement rates, or commercial results from our creative work.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain projects may require the engagement of third-party vendors such as locations, talent, equipment rental, music licensing, or printing services. These costs will be communicated in advance and are either included in the project quote or billed as pass-through costs with prior client approval.
Unibrow Studio is not responsible for the quality, availability, or performance of third-party services, though we will always act in the Client's best interest when sourcing and managing them.

ETHICAL STANDARDS
Unibrow Studio reserves the right to decline or withdraw from any project that conflicts with our values — including work that promotes discrimination, exploitation, misinformation, or harm to any individual or community.
We are committed to ethical, inclusive, and professional conduct in all our work and expect the same from our clients and collaborators.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Unibrow Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website at unibrow.studio/terms-and-conditions.
Continued engagement with Unibrow Studio after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
