We are a creative studio and media house that believes in authentic, human-centric storytelling. Our motto is "connect. collaborate. create." We are on a mission to build an ethical, inclusive, and professional media house that provides quality services and nurtures talent.

Our work is two-fold — we partner with clients from local grassroots enterprises to large-scale national foundations, and we produce our own original content including our flagship documentary-style shows and podcasts that celebrate resilience and grace in everyday life.

NOT JUST A CUTTER. A STORYTELLER.

We need someone who understands the silence in a documentary interview just as well as they understand the fast-paced rhythm required for an Instagram Reel. You will be the bridge between our high-end cinematic footage and the audience's attention span — working closely with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager.

Long-Form Narrative

Edit full-length episodes of our docu-series (Everyday Ordinary), typically 30 minutes to 1 hour. You need the patience to find the emotional payoff within hours of raw footage.

Repurposing with Intent

Slice long-form content into compelling Shorts and Reels. Take a 10-minute deep conversation and turn it into a 60-second hook without losing the soul of the story.

Audio & Colour

Perform basic sound mixing and colour correction to ensure the atmosphere and authenticity of the footage is preserved across all deliverables.

Client Content

Work with our production team to create, schedule, and publish client content. Manage and optimize basic paid social campaigns and provide clear monthly analytics reports.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Hybrid Editor — 2–4 years of proven experience. Comfortable in the timeline of a long-form documentary, but you also live on social media and know what makes a Reel perform.

Tool Agnostic but Proficient — DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut — we don't mind, as long as you are fast, organised, and deliver quality.

Motion Graphics Skills — Bonus points if you can handle motion graphics using Fusion, After Effects, or similar tools.

A Student of Attention — You edit for psychology, not just aesthetics. You know why a cut works. You understand that the first 5 seconds on YouTube matter, and the first 3 on Instagram.

Collaborative Spirit — You leave your ego at the door. You take feedback and make the work better. You believe in lifting others up.

Organised Pro — Impeccable file structure and version control. Any team member can open your project and understand exactly what is going on.
