THE ROLE : ARCHITECT OF VOICE & GROWTH
We seek a Social Media Manager to build and lead our brand’s presence. This foundational role demands a strategic storyteller who will be the authentic voice of Unibrow Studio and its original productions. Simultaneously, you will drive our clients’ success by managing their accounts, owning client relations, and delivering measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR UNIBROW STUDIO & OUR ORIGINAL SHOWS:
- Develop and execute the social media strategy to build the Unibrow Studio brand and grow the audience for our original content.
- Coordinate with our internal creative team (filmmakers, designers) to produce a pipeline of compelling, on-brand content (graphics, short video clips, carousels, stories).
- Handle basic and rapid-response content creation, such as simple graphics or text-based stories, using tools like Canva.
- Write authentic, engaging, and thoughtful copy that reflects our “connect. collaborate. create.”
- Engage with our community across all platforms, fostering meaningful conversations.
- Track and report on our channel performance, identifying growth opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OUR CLIENTS:
- Serve as the main point of contact and social media strategist for a portfolio of clients.
- Develop unique social media strategies and content calendars tailored to each client’s voice and goals.
- Liaise directly with clients for content approvals, monthly updates, and to ensure their needs are being met.
- Work with our internal production team to create, schedule, and publish all client content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Set up, manage, and optimize basic paid social campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
- Provide clear, concise monthly analytics reports to clients, explaining what the numbers mean and proposing next steps.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

A Creative Collaborator: You have a great eye for what makes compelling content. You can confidently manage the content pipeline with our creative team and are also skilled at creating your own professional graphics (Canva is your second language) and simple videos for Reels/Shorts when needed.
An Excellent, Empathetic Writer: You are a strong copywriter who can switch your tone of voice from our thoughtful studio brand to a diverse range of client needs, from corporate to grassroots.
